THE COMMENT PERIOD HAS ENDED

On April 2, 2025, DEC published a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPR) for 6 NYCRR Part 253, the "Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program" rule and attendant revisions to 6 NYCRR Part 200, "General Provisions" to capture all incorporation by reference documents from Part 253 and the comment period closed on July 1, 2025.
